Anglo Support and Housing Ltd was registered in 2017 to provide support and care to young people and adults. We employ staff with the skills, experience and qualifications needed to support individuals with a wide range of needs, including learning disabilities, autism and mental illness.
We are committed to the highest standards of care, delivered through a multi-disciplinary approach centred on service users and the people who matter most to them. Our aim is to help individuals build positive, fulfilling lifestyles and lead the fullest possible life within their community.
Management
Our managers and team leaders bring backgrounds in social care and nursing, hold relevant higher-level qualifications, and have substantial experience supporting people with complex needs. We invest continually in developing our staff, so we can respond to each individual’s changing needs and wishes.
Anglo Support and Housing Ltd is led by experienced health and social care professionals. We believe adults and young people alike do better with the support of a strong management team behind them. Our senior team brings together years of experience across adult and young people’s care, giving us a deep understanding of the needs of looked-after children and adults, and the knowledge to provide the right resources to deliver a good quality of service and life for everyone we support.

Our Team
Lucy holds a BSc (Hons) in Nursing, along with a wide range of specialist training in safeguarding, mental capacity, care planning, and strength-based approaches to social care. She co-founded Anglo Support and Housing Ltd in 2017, and has been central to shaping the organisation ever since.
As Managing Director and Registered Manager, Lucy leads the organisation’s strategic direction and oversees the standards of care delivered across all our services. She is committed to promoting choice, independence and self-determination for every service user, ensuring the organisation continues to meet its legal and regulatory responsibilities, while leading a team that puts the people we support at the heart of everything we do.

In Memory of Moses Chirwa
Founding Managing Director, 2017–2025
It is with great sadness that we share the passing of our Managing Director, Moses Chirwa, in December 2025.
Moses co-founded Anglo Support and Housing Ltd in 2017 and led the organisation with dedication and integrity ever since. He brought a wealth of experience from across the social care sector, having worked as an area registered manager overseeing multiple sites and successfully registering supported living and residential care services, with particular expertise in autism, learning disabilities and mental health. He combined this with a strong background in corporate management, bringing rigour and professionalism to every part of the organisation he built.
Moses will be remembered for his commitment to the people we support and the team he led. His legacy continues in the values and standards that shape our work every day. He will be greatly missed by all of us at Anglo Support and Housing.
